What platforms is Oshi available on?
Oshi is available for Square, WooCommerce, Shopify, and Stripe. This includes both Square online and in-store transactions.
How does the free plan work?
Our free plan helps entrepreneurs get started with a full-featured loyalty and rewards program. You receive a subset of the features offered in our paid plans, however there is a usage limit of 200 orders per month.
Sometimes rewards go unclaimed. What happens to the Sats in this case?
While Bitcoin rewards are far more exciting and engaging than regular rewards, not everyone will claim them. If your customer has not claimed the rewards in 30 days, they will automatically return to your business' rewards balance.
I have multiple stores. How many can I link to one plan?
Currently, you can set up many stores on a single Oshi Loyalty account. These stores can also be across various platforms, such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Square, or Stripe. All stores are configurable through your Oshi Loyalty Dashboard.
How does the rewards issuance fee work?
Each time you distribute a Satoshi reward, a small percentage is taken by Oshi as a fee. For instance, a 5% fee on a 1,000 Sats reward means we deduct 50 Sats. This isn't just for our benefit - a portion of this fee is used to give back to your customers as bonus reward opportunities! The remaining fee is invested into the growth and development of Oshi, ensuring a thriving loyalty ecosystem for all participants.
Do I have to use all of the loyalty features?
No, you can utilize any combination of the programs. We recommend using as many as you can together, as this has been shown to both create more loyal customers and engage new ones.
What currency am I billed in?
Regardless of where your business is located, you will be billed in $USD.
How do I fund my rewards balance?
We accept USD or BTC to fund your rewards balance. This balance is only usable to reward customers in Sats. Paying with debit or credit card incurs a $0.30 + 5% fee. Funding your rewards balance with Bitcoin incurs no fee.
What if my rewards balance runs out?
In the event of a depleted rewards balance, reward distributions are temporarily halted and pending rewards tracked. However, by enabling our Auto-Reload feature, your rewards balance is automatically replenished from your linked card at a set threshold. With Auto-Reload, your rewards will always be ready to roll out, keeping your customers happy and engaged.
